Georigio Borlenghi, president of Houston-based real estate developer Interfin, has plans to build a new high-rise condominium tower called Belfiore in Houston’s Galleria area. It will rise 26-stories while containing just 46 residences.
“We are thrilled to be working with Mr. Borlenghi on this exciting addition to Uptown. Belfiore will satisfy a growing desire for spacious, luxury high-rise homes in the Galleria area,” said Jacob Sudhoff, founder of Sudhoff Properties, the company handling sales and marketing.
The project is being developed by Inter-Pier LLC, a joint venture led by Giorgio Borlenghi, between The Interfin Companies and Pierpoint Capital together with The McNair Group and Hudson Brothers Real Estate Limited Partnership.
The building will be situated in the Uptown Houston area on approximately 2 acres of land at the southeast corner of Post Oak Lane and S. Wynden Drive, between San Felipe and Woodway.
Belfiore will stand 26 stories tall yet contain only 46 residences, including two penthouses. There will be two homes per floor, each approximately 4,650 square feet. Careful attention has been given to every detail and every home has amazing views of both downtown and Tanglewood. Each unit includes approximately 700 square feet of terraces in addition to the 4,650 square feet of living space.
The design, technical execution and marketing of the building is being directed by Borlenghi, who is responsible for the development of some of Houston’s most prestigious high-rise residential buildings including Four-Leaf Towers, Villa d’Este Condominium and Montebello.
“By keeping the building to only 46 units on such a large site, we will truly be able to provide our residents with a level of privacy, exclusivity and service unlike any other property in Houston,” says Mr. Borlenghi.
The property will of course feature all the amenities that are trademarks of Interfin’s developments: 24-hour manned guardhouse, 24-hour concierge and valet service, underground parking garage hidden away on one level, an extensive recreational outdoor area with a swimming pool and manicured garden.
“Over the last 30 years we (Interfin) have listened to what our buyers need and desire most. Belfiore is the culmination of that knowledge and our experience coupled with dedication to quality, luxury and refinement to create a building unlike any other in Houston,” says Giorgio Borlenghi.
Construction is expected to begin in early 2014 with a targeted completion for the spring of 2016.
