Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced that Executive Managing Director Frank McCafferty will lead the firm’s Occupier Services team in Texas.

With his new responsibilities, Mr. McCafferty will lead Texas office and industrial Tenant Representation efforts. He will focus on team management, business planning, account development, client care and portfolio planning while also working collaboratively with Cassidy Turley’s Project and Development Services group. Additionally, he will continue to support Corporate Services’ clients and brokers who are involved in multi-market transactions across the U.S., an area where Mr. McCafferty also has played a leading role at Cassidy Turley.

“Frank brings a strategic focus to his new role, and he will be instrumental as we expand Occupier Services in Dallas, Houston and across the state,” said Bret Bunnett, Regional Managing Principal for Cassidy Turley in Texas. “He’s already made a tremendous impact since joining our Dallas office, and his new, expanded role provides even greater opportunities as we continue to grow rapidly throughout Texas.”

Last year, Mr. McCafferty relocated to Cassidy Turley’s Dallas office from Raleigh, NC, and, since, he has led the company’s multi-market transaction business. He has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate tenant representation, corporate services, development and construction management. Over the course of his career, he has closed transactions valued at more than $2.5 billion and accounting for more than 12 million square feet of office, industrial and telecom space, including more than $1 billion in federal-facilities development as a Senior Asset Manager for the General Services Administration. Before joining Cassidy Turley, Mr. McCafferty was a Senior Vice President with UGL Equis.
