Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) today announced the firm has hired industry veteran Jay Bailey as Senior Vice President in its Dallas Landlord Leasing Group. Under the direction of Managing Director Jeff Eckert, Bailey will focus on new business development and leasing.
“Jay is a respected professional among DFW brokers and owners alike, and he will play an integral role in our continued efforts to make Jones Lang LaSalle a premier brand of choice,” said Eckert. “He will combine his expertise and client-focused approach to guide our strategy as a new senior member of the team.”
Throughout his 19-year career in commercial real estate, Bailey has leased over 10 million square feet of office space at high-profile buildings such as The Colonnade, North Park Central, Lincoln Centre, Sherry Lane Place and Fountain Place.
Prior to joining JLL, Bailey was a Managing Director at Cassidy Turley and Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis. He earned his bachelor of business administration in real estate from Baylor University.
The JLL team leases and manages over 20 million square feet of office space. Most recently, the firm brought two assets (Parkwood Place I and 1011 Galatyn Parkway) to 100 percent occupancy and continues to gain momentum across the Metroplex through organic growth and strategic new hires.
