Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded the agency leasing assignment for the office space at James Center, a 2.5 million-square-foot development with three office buildings in Richmond’s central business district, including two 21-story towers and a 14-story building.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Charlie Polk, Ned Roberts, Jimmy Appich and Stan Manoogian will manage the assignment on behalf of the firm. The buildings are owned and operated by James Center Property LLC, an affiliate of JEMB Realty.
“These three office towers together form the showpiece of the downtown Richmond skyline,” said F. Davis Drumheller, Jr., James Center’s General Manager. “We are excited for the opportunity to work with Jones Lang LaSalle on these signature office buildings.”
The three James Center office buildings offer 986,000 square feet of Class A office space. Amenities for tenants in the development include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, five restaurants, a 1,600-car parking garage and a 50,000-square-foot retail atrium that connects to the Omni Hotel.
