Lerch Bates has named Garrett Brown project manager of the elevator consulting group, based in their Atlanta office.
In his new role Brown is tasked with overseeing maintenance evaluations, modernization services and vertical transportation analysis and design. He previously served as an account manager for Otis Elevator Company where he was responsible for contract negotiations, modernizations, upgrades, capital planning and business development. During his tenure, he managed elevator and escalator modernizations and upgrades in Atlanta’s downtown and high-rise market. Brown also worked as a regional service sales representative for KONE where he significantly increased sales in his territory of Kentucky and western Ohio.

Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business.
