San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR) today announced newly elected officers and board of director members who will begin their terms on January 1, 2014.
Betty A. Taisch, Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker, will serve as the Association’s 2014 Board President. Taisch is well known in the real estate industry not only in the San Francisco Bay Area but across the country. An over 20 year sales veteran, Betty has been a consistent top producer, being in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker internationally since 1997.
Patrick V. Barber, President of Pacific Union International’s San Francisco region, will serve as 2014 President-Elect. Barber joined the PUI team in 2010 after nearly 12 years at Sotheby’s International Realty and 10 years as a real estate sales person. His focus is on strategic growth and operations, agent development, marketing and community efforts for three of their 19 offices, the firm’s largest region.
John O. Asdourian, Broker Associate with McGuire Real Estate, will serve as the organization’s Chief Financial Officer. Walter T. Baczkowski will enter into his second year as SFAR’s Chief Executive Officer and Secretary.

The newly elected officers and directors will be officially installed during the Association’s Installation Celebration to be held on Friday, December 6, 2013 at the InterContinental Hotel in San Francisco.
