Two new tenants, both in the communications industry, and a third tenant who renewed and expanded, signed leases covering 43,678 square feet at 215 Park Avenue South. The 20-story, 334,000-square-foot office property is situated in the heart of Manhattan’s bustling Union Square neighborhood.
Global Strategy Group LLC, a leading public affairs firm, signed a new 10+ year headquarters lease covering 21,974 square feet on the entire 15th and part of the 14th floor of the building. Lippe Taylor, a marketing and public relations agency specializing in marketing to women, signed a new lease covering 16,612-square-foot for the entire 16th floor. Warshaw Blumenthal Advertising, a full service production company, signed a renewal and expansion lease covering 5,092 square feet for a portion of the 20th floor.

Located at the corner of 18th Street and Park Avenue South, 215 Park Avenue South is owned by 215 Park Avenue Associates, L.P. and has recently been upgraded with new lobby, corridors and bathrooms. Among the buildings other prestigious tenants are: Perkins & Will, Linkshare Corp., Kimball Office Furniture, Houghton Mifflin Co. and H&M.
