KONE has acquired Advanced Elevator Corporation, an independent elevator company serving the Denver market.
Advanced and KONE will be combining their elevator operations under the KONE name during the next few months. “We are thrilled to be adding great new customers and talented employees from Advanced Elevator in Denver,” said Larry Wash, EVP and Area Director, KONE Americas.
Frank McTarsney and his wife, Chris, have successfully grown Advanced since establishing the business in 2002. Frank will join the combined KONE team in a key role.
In July KONE also acquired the San Francisco-based business of Empire Elevator Co., Inc.
