Lerch Bates has promoted Alyssa McGrath to Director of Strategic Accounts. She will continue to be based in the consulting firm’s Boston office.

In her new role, McGrath will provide leadership to and management of Lerch Bates’ consultants and administrative staff, manage the firm’s key accounts and build relationships with new pending clients utilizing diverse business development strategies including pricing methodologies, market pricing measurements and deliverables. She also will work closely with all Lerch Bates offices across the United States to grow the firm’s Maintenance Management Services regionally as well as nationally. McGrath will now report to Lerch Bates Vice President of Strategic Accounts Tim Isbell.

McGrath previously served as a regional manager and managed Lerch Bates’ budgetary, financial and personnel matters within the New England Region. She also was the principal consultant on a diverse portfolio of projects including all phases of schematic and design development, specification development and project management for new construction, modernization and preventative maintenance. Additionally, she oversaw all vertical transportation systems studies, maintenance evaluations and due diligence studies as well as recruiting, development and mentoring of the firm’s regional personnel.

McGrath earned a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.
