The Trump Organization announced today that it has appointed Bill Cunningham as president of its luxury brokerage firm, Trump International Realty.

BIll CunninghamCunningham will be charged with overseeing all operations and management of Trump International Realty which is headquartered in New York City at 108 Central Park South along with additional offices in New York City, Charlotte, NC, Miami, FL, Westchester, NY and Chicago, IL.

Cunningham began his 13 year career with Corcoran as an agent in 2001 and rose up through the company, most recently serving as Executive Managing Director of Corcoran’s Flagship East Side Office since 2007. He was responsible for overseeing approximately 385 agents and is known throughout the industry for his unique and innovative leadership style, serving as a mentor and advisor for many of the top agents in the business.

Prior to joining Corcoran, Cunningham a graduate of the University of Arkansas, was a broker and real estate investor in Florida and Texas. Today, he is an active member of Real Estate Board of New York and is the co-chair of the government affairs committee and is a member of the ethics committee.
