The New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) will host its 25th Annual Conference and Expo from Monday, May 19 through Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at the Atlantic City Convention Center and the Borgata Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, N.J. More than 1,500 property owners, managers, builders, leasing agents, maintenance professionals and vendors are expected to attend the premier trade show for New Jersey’s multi-family housing industry. The event offers opportunities to learn, network and explore the latest products and services on the market.

This year’s conference and expo will feature more than 240 exhibitor booths as well as a full roster of educational programs addressing the latest issues impacting the industry, from lease agreements, preventative maintenance and property management to fair housing. This year, Continuing Education Credits including Real Estate and Legal will be offered. NJAA will also provide opportunities to earn key designations such as CAM, CAMT, NALP and SHCM. Opportunities to network with industry experts include daily luncheons on the expo floor, as well as an “after-hours” cocktail reception and dance party at Borgata’s MIXX Nightclub.

“NJAA is proud to be celebrating the Silver Jubilee anniversary for what is widely recognized as the premier convention for New Jersey’s multi-family industry,” said William Dailey, president of NJAA. “Our 2014 conference will mark this milestone with even more opportunities to be inspired, informed and educated — and to relax and have some fun.”
