Steve Frame has been named project manager for Lerch Bates’ elevator consulting group. He recently joined the firm in its Lake Forest office in Orange County, Calif.
As a project manager, Frame manages vertical transportation consulting services for design, inspection, maintenance, due diligence and modernization throughout Southern California. He most recently served in project management and superintendent roles for Otis Elevator Company and as an elevator and escalator project manager and field superintendent for Mitsubishi Electric. Frame worked on the vertical transportation systems of many landmark buildings including the four-star Omni San Diego Hotel, Kaiser Permanente Irvine Medical Center, CNN Building in Los Angeles and UCLA’s Sproul Hall.
